did you even read my comment? that’s quite exactly my point. Posers and wusses come in many shapes and in all genres. A beardo in tight jeans can be a poser just as easily as a ‘biker’ in a pre-patched vest from Amazon who’s doing 200 miles a year maybe  on a $20K garage queen and needs the dealer to install his turn…

Exactly, Poop.  It’s literally a matter of nothing more than managing expenses to revenue. Harley doesn’t NEED to sell a 1/4 million bikes a year...they WANT to, and have structured their business accordingly. Scale down, problem solved...but that’s gonna be a lotta fat cats getting whacked in the process.
