Driving is not a complicated task set. Not crashing is a fair bit harder, depending on the circumstances the driver puts himself into - don’t overdrive your skillset is germane in racing, Mustangs, and your everyday Kia Rio alike.

Ability and Willingness are not the same thing - All people who pass a driving test are ABLE to not crash - only a portion of them are WILLING to behave to that ability.  Free will is a bitch.
