best case scenarios for lower wage workers

When my longing for a deeper sense of human connection and humanity becomes almost too much to bear, I barricade myself in a Starbucks and consume each and every Unity Cup I can before the police can take me away. Thousands and thousands of faces connected by one single line are slowly digesting in my engorged

which most people know as “not being a dick”

Because political correctness (which most people know as “not being a dick”) is destroying our country, see. Not sure how that works but that’s what I’ve been told.

I thought this was apt:

Lebron had actually left to do a rally in Miami but came back once he decided they had a better chance of winning in Ohio.

Running a shitty candidate solely on the basis that he’s “not the other guy” is a great way to lose a winnable election. (See Dole ‘96, Kerry ‘04, McCain ‘08, Romney ‘12.) If the Democrats lose this one it’s their own damned fault for trotting out another Clinton.

An awful lot of Republicans have despised the Clintons for the past 25 years, many made a lucrative career from it.

“I fee like people are completely ignoring the fact that their is a solid portion of his own party that has committed to vote against him.”

These are a bunch of scared old white men who horde guns to protect themselves from blacks, Muslims and Mexicans. There won’t be a violent uprising because that means they’d have to go outside where there could be blacks, Muslims and Mexicans.

Hillary is way more of a mainstream republican than trump ever was

Easy. Your country is full of terrified, racist, sexist assholes.

Black president

As much as people point at the “lack of enthusiasm” with the left for Hillary, it’s not equivalent.

I’m sure they’ll declare it over and over again on message boards far and wide. And then they won’t do anything in the real world.

There are so many “toss-up” states going by recent polling that it’s terrifying enough. There’s a very good chance that Hillary wins but doesn’t get past 300, which would be the closest election since 2004.

“look at their eyes when they’re lookin’ at each other. It’s like that hungry look.”

In Seattle, there are a couple of places where the homeless can get mail (and therefore register and vote.) I saw a sign in Pioneer Square that was basically “Homeless? You can still vote! Here’s how!” created by the King County election board.

This is why I think states like Washington (where I live) have the right idea; they send all ballots out by mail about two weeks before the election and provide dropboxes where you don’t even need to spend the 47 cents for a stamp (especially convenient in Seattle/Tacoma/other big cities.)
