It was a game against the Royals. Bo Jackson hit a grounder or one-hopper back to the mound, nailed him in the mouth. Nolan still threw him out at first. Stayed in the game for a few more innings despite bleeding profusely and changing his jersey at least once. First MLB game I ever went to and will never forget it!

That was the first game I ever went to!! I was 8 yrs old, the San Diego Chicken was there and pantsed George Brett! It was fucking awesome! I have that framed picture in my office. Not signed though:(
