If they were going to be realistic about a 75yo Jewish guy spending campaign funds on a car, they would have shot him driving that million mile, 20 year-old Lexus LS.

Yeah, like a 75 year old Jew would buy an Audi R8. They could have at least matched the stereotype and found him in a Lexus or something.

I would definitely agree. After I purchased my 328xi E90, I definitely understood the pedigree of the 3-series. I’m hooked. But I can’t really explain it to someone who doesn’t own one why I love mine. lol

I think that’s like asking someone to explain why Angelina Jolie is so hot when you’re a Salma Hayek fan or something. No matter how much they explain, they’ll just be wrong. :-)

I think it’s sort of like owning a 3-series BMW. If you don’t, you’ll find a way to call them pointless, and given too much credit, and stupid, and you hate them.

My uncle is a mechanic and they usually cut me really good deals as long as I bring them lunch (usually pizza). But BMW parts are still way more expensive than a Honda. hahaha

I couldn’t agree more. I’ve been looking strongly at Genesis to replace my BMW. Just waiting a bit to figure out if they’re less finicky and cheaper to maintain. BMW maintenance is god awful. haha

I’m sure everyone driving a 6er is glad that they’re not going to get pulled over now after everyone insisted that it was a BMW.

Your car needs a HANS device like NASCAR has. Those guys are pretty damn immobile inside their cars to prevent injury. :-)
