Technically if the show wasn't cancelled it would have ended in 2000 to 2001, but the show was around the millennium but then again the show doesn't have to be real time it could still be set in 1999. I do agree it needs an ending, the x-files episode was a crap way to end the series and didn't even FIT millennium! …
