I think that the writers' voices would have tons more impact than a few angry readers emails. I bet that if the writers wrote a letter voicing the frustrations and anger from loyal readers, Gawker would be like woah, this is really pissing people off to the point that the staff are really feeling the effects.

The problem is Rosa, the layout. Fix that and everyone will love all of you. You will be like gods among men.
