In Paris I once had something like very similar filled with warm salmon mousse with dabs of dill sauce. Dear god they were good....

Since I’m now into air frying everything I’m going to try this in the air fryer instead of my deep fryer and report back on whether or not it was successful.

Don’t forget super cheap people such as myself who hate waste. I’m not food insecure but I can’t stand throwing anything out that still has functionality.
