I'm not sure I dig the whole apps concept, but you know what, they're giving us something different than the Microsoft branded Chrome/Firefox mashup that everyone was expecting.

Washable crayons may be an even safer option. Heck, with those you could skip the whiteboard. They wash off walls and nearly any other surface you can think of.

Google should provide a search operator to make the search instant.
