Nuncio, George, kneemoe, thank you. Those answers are helpful. I knew government can regulate business, but I didn't know to what degree— or rather to what degree is deemed reasonable. Clearly anti-usury laws and the cases cited by George would be a good place for me to start getting better informed.

This feels like some very granular government control. Is this kind of legislation precedented in any way?
