It's a scam. eBay recently made it impossible for any of the people that use eBay to receive payment unless by credit card, Paypal, or Propay. I know of no individual that accepts credit cards. Not all businesses accept credit cards. So the average person must use either Paypal or Propay, so there is a lot more money…
