MapMyRun is one that I've been using to track running and it's great. Plays great with Pandora in the background while announcing splits/time.
I have one of the small two inch mirrors attached to my monitor and my only gripe is that you really have to train yourself to look at such a small mirror to see people coming. I'd recommend a larger mirror so that any movement actually draws your eyes towards the mirror to see who's coming.

Actually, there's another reason for using TP, for those of us living in the country. Kleenex (or your choice of tissue) is MUCH harder to break down in a septic system than TP. Tissues should be tossed in the trash, never down the toilet!
