I think of the Robin Sparkles character more as Maria Hill deep, deep undercover in Canada on a very dangerous and also embarrassing mission for SHIELD that even the Avengers know not to bring up & piss her off

Better Call Saul Monopoly is going to be incredible.

“You’ve won second prize in a beauty contest, bitch!”

In the grim, dark future, there is only RENT

“What are you talking about. He’s not a wildcard. He’s a card you get on the top of the deck that has the instructions on it so you throw it away..”

I liked the physicality of Colin knocking two people out with finger guns.

I think I worked with an energy vampire, although his technique was different from Colin’s workplace platitudes. This guy was a non-stop complainer. He’d complain about anything at the drop of a hat — work load, performance metrics, “unfairness,” company policies, the dress code, some slight he’d suffered years

That “Persian Frank Zappa” line was great. Now I can’t unsee that. This episode should be an A-/B+ at least. This show keeps getting better and funnier  per episode.

Now playing

“Pablo Picasso never got called an asshole...”

Dr Linda on Legends? Yes please! She’s my favourite on that show, and she’d have a ball dealing with the Legends.

“I know what it’s like to be mad at your parents. I lit mine on fire”

And I’m liking Charlie’s increasingly elaborate outfits.

Hey, he did “save” them during Zari’s Groundhog’s Day incident (even if it was just Gideon having some fun).

I was hoping they’d go the Wonder Twins route myself. And fly into the “Hall of Justice” to pick up Gleek along the way (how do you think Gleek got out of his cage? He’s Gary’s next emotional support animal).

The Legends for sure could use some therapizing. Though when Leo Snart tried to address this he got quite a bit of pushback, which I don’t think was entirely due to his incredibly poorly thought out use of the puppet version of the late Martin Stein

Susie Quatro’s dad can go to hell with the Son of Sam’s dog

Now and then I am still absolutely awestruck at how we went from season one of Legends to where we are now. It’s not that the show got any less cheesy (probably the opposite), or the plots got any less complicated or convoluted, but the quality in delivering them with heart and making them is so drastically different.

Fucking GARY

One of the hosts of Pop Culture Happy Hour said the same thing — that while they usually savor shows week to week they actually think this would be more effective as a streaming show all released at once and binge watched, so it doesn’t lose momentum and you don’t have a week to spend thinking about everything in
