Per Luke’s instructions, I played Black Flag again last month. Per Kirk’s, I disabled the HUD. It was pretry great.

Question: it’s been about to years since Kentucky Route Zero was added to the list with the caveat that it was only on act three of five. In the two years since, has that changed? I would expect all five acts to be out by now, which would remove the need to mention that as a negative.

Dang, that’s tempting! My wallet is a bit sore at the moment, so I’ll have to choose what I buy during the sale wisely.

I gotta say, I was lukewarm towards this game after seeing the reveal trailer. Why would I leave my beloved Civ5? However, I’ve warmed up to the graphics (I found them too cartoony at first) and the district system might make me get the game, eventually.

Another cool detail is the five symbols of the Witcher spells are on the gun Geralt is holding.

The fact that there is a nation-specific bonus and a leader-specific bonus makes me wonder if they plan to add more leaders to Civs already in the game (e.g. Washington or Lincoln) to add more variety without having to create new Civs from scratch.

I have a friend who is studying biology. He loves sharing “fun facts” in form of videos. I doubt the ship would lift-off like that, but in my friend’s honour, I offer you this.

When I first saw it in a video on Youtube, I thought it was animatronic à la Dinosaur show. Amazing to see it’s actually a person in costume.

I was watching the trailer and trying to figure out who the main character was. I guessed at the black guy, and I’m glad it is.

‘’Every battle defines you’’ has me hoping for some kind of reverse-Nemesis system... which doesn’t sound quite right in a brawler, but we’ll see.

Isn’t the game explicitly _not_ a prequel, but a reboot?

Is Peter Capaldi getting a cameo in the game? I wouldn’t expect it, but that bust caught me off guard. Also, even the Outsider is looking older, somehow.

Question from someone who hasn’t played and who’s only forays into the lore are through the shorts: what is the shape on the Moon (you see it at the end)?

I wanted to comment saying something similar, but you put it very well! I’m not at all a fan of his, but it’s nice to see him self-evaluate and admit his early content -the stuff that most of his detractors use nowadays as the brush to paint him with- wasn’t so hot is refreshing.
