IIRC Reda is the name of a young-looking merchant in Origins who you encounter throughout the game. One can imagine it is the same Reda and he is some kind of immortal. Read more

There’s an ice level in Hades? The surface is cold, but it’s snow and your movement is affected. Well, guess I gotta listen to the episode :P

Feels like there may need to be a re-review in a year or two after all the patches have come out. One hardly expects the poor handling of certain topics to get cleaned up much, but if systems get significantly changed alongside fixes of the many, many bugs,... I’ll want to know if it’s worth my time once it’s on sale Read more

I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear. I’ve played the game and finished it recently. I just wanna see another person’s reaction to the end... but it’s true that having the context of their specific journey through the game will help enjoy it. Read more

Not to mention I’ve been planning a Wild Hunt replay at some point; it might even come first. Read more

It’s so sad to see Quebec go from the Orange wave to 32 BQ seats within a few elections. On the other hand, it’s an interesting demonstration of how much Canadian elections can swing versus how it works in the US.

I greatly enjoyed Origins, not least because of Bayek. Even though I love Ancient Greece, I’ve heard some less-than-positive things about Odyssey so I think I may skip straight to Valhalla. Read more

The battle pass system has changed to “stars” that you gain from completing challenges, or 1 every 10k EXP. 10 stars gets you a BP level, but players are reporting that challenges are even more grindy that last season. Ex. Revive 5 squadmates -> Revive 15 squadmates for like, 2 stars.
