I’ve always had the feet used on my keyboards, but after finding out that this puts more strain on your wrists, changing this habit and leaving them down has made a world of difference! Is there any other tips about keyboard tips to improve ergonomics?

These tips are great! Using more muscles for using the mouse rather than just your wrist will put less pressure on your wrist and distribute the burden of moving the mouse to more parts of your arm.
