Do people find the manchild-husband/ballbreaking-wife dynamic funny? It always seems lame, as a comedy bit. As a personal arrangement it just seems...sad.

And to be completely fair, most of Konami’s game IP are niche titles. They’re great IPs, but they’re poor sellers. Silent Hill will never sell has much as say Resident Evil. Suikoden will never be as successful as Final Fantasy, etc. Sucks, but it was probably getting too expensive to try to make games with a budget

According to PC Gamer, some people are even reporting bans that span multiple copies of the game. [...]They claim they even tried altering hard drive IDs, MAC address, BiosDate, and buying a VPN, but they still kept getting banned.

Why does it feel like someone in the Konami higher ups had a traumatic experience in which video games violated/killed his/her family, but was then saved by a traveling Pachinko machine.

THIS DECIDE, OUR FREEWILL. TRUMP 2016.

The new Ratchet and Clank on PS4 does this exceedingly well. It’s some of the best animation I’ve ever seen in a game.

I went from little interest to this game to, post beta, putting my preorder in and a lot of it had to do with the graphics and just how pretty it was. I chalked it up to that “Blizzard magic” with the personality and everything that usually do (my addiction to heartshstone included) but this proves its to be actually

As an animator I can tell you it’s less of a technical challenge and more of a stylistic choice to do it or not. Most video game directors calling the shots do not come from an animation background and when you try to explain how breaking the rig and deforming the character will be an aesthetic plus and enhance the

My thoughts exactly. I’m happy that I waited till the whole season had aired before I watched it, because I ended up watching the entire series in 2 days. The story just grabbed me and wouldn’t let go.

Ah now there’s the true Anime of the Season for Winter 2016. :)

This was clearly the best show of this winter season. This show is so unapologetic about what it’s subject matter is and how it chooses to tell its story and for that I have an unlimited amount of respect for it. The Rakugo performances will be full performances and while there is gestural animation you are literally

Hell yeah. Those dresses are super cute.

I love Miitomo. It’s the only app that lets me, a straight male, wear a dress in front of my friends without having to explain anything. I usually skip the deeper questions relating to the friends I don’t know very well and some of those questions get pretty deep

Basically this. If you’re not going into P3 with an inclination towards any brand of darkness and “Who Dies This Week?!” that a writer can throw at you, it’s a whole lot of predictable drama, which makes it a little humorous by how closely they stick to formula.

To me i think the characters of persona 4 is what tips it over for me. I did not mind the darker theme in persona 3 but i feel what makes persona 4 shine is the character relationships. Persona 3 members felt more like work friends that hang out from time to time.

“Everyone has fucking depression and anxiousness.”

Nope, no they don’t and I would bet he has no idea what either are in real life.

I certainly didn’t understand the difference between depression and just feeling down and anxiety vs worrying.

It also helps in monetizing the flames, which is of course very important.

Seriously like... if you court fame and attention, you might just get fame and attention. Deal with that easily foreseeable consequence of your success.
