This actually a huge problem in eastern europe because most cars are imported in this state from the US or Germany and after a cheap repair they are sold as accident free. It’s extremely dangerous because a car like this doesn’t have any of the rigidity of a normal car and is a potencial death trap..
A manual Alfa in EU isn’t anything unusual.. An automatic is :) Better find a 1.9 diesel with 120-150hp or a 1.8 petrol with 144hp. You can get a near perfect one (they don’t rust and are pretty reliable) for about 2000-3000€
