I usually agree with Tom’s assessment, but many he misses the mark on Rogue One, a film I would consider one of the three worst Star Wars films. (I can’t tell whether or not it’s worse than Attack of the Clones).

It’s weird because Rogue One contains a lot of small things that I’ve always wanted to see in a Star Wars movie, as well as some big things I never knew I wanted to see. The pieces are there, the setup is aces, and even the tone is pitched at a lower, grittier level - it’s not afraid to try something different.

Seems the band is in the right, and are countersuing to be able to use the name they’ve had on file - uncontested - for decades. They’re not asking the solo singer to change her name, and aren’t demanding money. Makes sense to me.

Antz is better than A Bug's Life. And that's one of the reasons why everyone has forgotten A Bug's Life. No one likes to admit the fact that DreamWorks showed up Pixar.

I might be in the minority, but I think Antz is the better film.

After 20 years in the restaurant/bar business one of the things that still sticks with me is how many restaurant and bar owners have never worked in the business. This is a huge reason for the failure rate in the first 18 months being 75% instead of a lower number.
