Don't make Natal\Gem\Wii games, develop a new IP for core gamers and watch as the motion control gaming sector collapses. By that stage, you've got a name and the rep you need to get a good publisher. Yeah, it's an extended time period, but 2010 is a great start.

Buy promising IPs from indie developers (Canabalt is a great idea of an IP with promise), try and get designers to make new IPs, put all the chips down on these projects. ARG viral marketing + large TV ad campaign.
