The Big People and Small City is done by "noclipping" (that's sv_cheats 1;noclip on the PC version) into the map's "skybox", thus appearing as objects in the map's sky. Completely harmless.

CD Projekt seem to completely understand gamers... They've done EVERYTHING right.
