Why would you say that? I think that the law that was in place was a good one as it protects victims. Here, you may not like the victims’ politics/religion or whatever, but that doesn’t mean they should be excluded from the law that protects them.

It’s an extremely important detail because kids granted relief under DACA are sometimes under the mistaken impression that it’s a path to citizenship and “legitimacy” in the eyes of the American legal system.
