Why would this stop them? Apple got into a small legal brouhaha with Cisco over the iPhone name, yet Apple just shrugged it off.

RARing is especially awful when you want a single, small file out of a giant torrent. With most modern clients, you can say which files you want and which files to skip. RARing means that you get it all, like it or not.
