Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished.

That’s a shame, because the man designs some fantastic looking vehicles.

Weird paint?  That’s the Polestar blue!

I also just noticed this one has a sunroof. At some point, any Volvo of this generation with a sunroof will experience issues with leaking from clogged or disconnected drainage tubes. Some of them will also leak due to poor sealing around the windshield. If it leaks in such a way that vital electronics or wiring are c

Anytime I see a Florida car with issues my mind goes directly to “flood car”.  The bad paint job isn’t helping that.  No Dice due to all kinds of hidden issues I’m sure.

As someone with two nonrunning Volvos in their yard, NP.

It will be.

There is no capacity change. I would say the title of this article is misleading, but it’s more so just unequivocally false, and can be disproven with 30 seconds of research.

Hertz primarily caters to business travel.  On a business trip, the only time I normally need to gas up is when I return the vehicle.  I just don’t drive it that far.  Where Hertz screwed up is asking people to top off an electric before returning it.

Wasn’t exactly this what Honda tried in Brazil with the WR-V?

Yes but you are comparing a Jeep’s value to a Jeep. And then you’d have to drive a Jeep.

The new Dodge Hornet. Somehow, Dodge has decided a car that’s smaller than a Honda CR-V, should cost $49,000 when spec’d with AWD and a hybrid powertrain. The interior has some very nice features, but for what you get, $49K is a tough pill to swallow.

Aha! So that’s what the Bill Withers song is all about...

I tried to sell my soul once, turns out there is a lien on it

At least the BMW 2 series Gran Coupe doesn’t have the Angry Beaver look of most other cars in their lineup. It’s a pretty classic face.

No real comment, but thanks for using my Stelvio photo and thanks for crediting. I really tried to capture the weirdness of those mirrors. I also got to sit inside of it, but I was too excited to check whether or not I could see them very well.

The 993 generation Porsche 911 mirrors always weirded me out.

I’m a sucker for Japanese cars with the mirrors way out front. I get that this placement is worse from both function and safety viewpoints, but damn it looks slick.

Not “weird,”, but at the time I thought the mirrors on the 1st Gen Ford Probe were unique. They flow with the design of the front fender and door and are part of the body rather than add-on appendages.
