A/C doesn’t use up refrigerant.  If it needs a recharge, it’s leaking from somewhere.  There is no such thing as “just needs a recharge”.

This is the system. Half of these cars belong to cops or cop adjacent peoples. The other half belong to more or less serious criminals. The third half belongs to Contractors. So in either of these cases, he is trying to expose the shady activities of people who consider themselves fully above or outside the law.

Dealerships rarely have anything to do with it regardless. You don’t lease a car from a dealership, you lease it from a leasing company which may be owned by the car maker or be a third party. The dealership merely acts as the agent and representative for that leasing company. It’s not their decision in any way.

It seems pretty clear what happened now but I would say that with all the mess over understaffing and overworking everyone in this industry I could see someone being pressure into working more than they are safely capable
