For nearly 15 years I mainly used 0% financing to justify buying new over used. With every penny of every payment going directly to the principle, there were a lot of cars you could buy that wouldn’t be upside down after about a year. It’s easy for me to remember when covid hit because it’s the same as my current

It’s a 47% increase in combined city/highway mpg. Any owner would feel that in the wallet.

For a grey, I think it’s really pretty. I just don’t care about greys. And I think it’s a terrible marketing mistake to publish more than 1 photo of that L.A. sky. It needs a background that makes it pop.

Am I the only one that thinks the nostril bumper looks great on this car?

Fun fact, the Scion iA was a Mazda2 with predatorface.

Yeah I got one as a rental. I’m in my 50s and never have a full car so I’m the target demo. Literally the only thing I didn’t like about the car was the engine. It was working way too hard all the time.

Lol $6k you’re out of your mind.

I had an S60 and the ACC on it was pretty good. I also liked how changing the speed with taps made it round up or down to a speed ending with a 0 or a 5. I miss that car.

Dumb cruise control is for people whose priority is maintaining set speed. Adaptive cruise control is for people whose priority is maintaining a safe distance as close to set speed as possible. I don’t mind if my car slows down because I haven’t changed lanes yet. That’s what ACC is for.

I love this car. ND.

According to the suit, it “is near impossible to imagine that American would ever treat white customers in a similar manner.”

They let them back on because they couldn’t find another flight.

Take a shower before you fly even if you think you don’t smell. Because if you haven’t showered, you stink. You might not know it because you are used to yourself, but you do.

136hp.

He meant he doesn’t want to give too much of WSJ’s money away.

Simulate all of the things. Can we just switch to xbox controllers for cars and be done with it?

That’s a shame, because that smaller wing looks fantastic. I hope Toyota follows through on the new Celica stuff I’ve read.

I saw my first one here a couple of weeks ago, they drove it around all day I think. It just looks homemade and sad.

Maybe the silver was ahead of its time, 50's T-Bird fans seemed to want the pastels on this remake. But that color looks great. kind of Aston Martin-y and regal. Not Buick Regal, just regal. I’m not super into those wheels but that’s easily changed.

If the acceleration is close to the Si I think this will sell like hotcakes. Where I live and at my age a manual transmission daily driver just isn’t fun. And the hatchback is a lot more practical than the new Prius, which I would call a liftback. 200hp, decent torque, and 50mpg is a strong argument for people
