Arkansas doesn’t require emissions testing on vehicles. They don’t enforce the federal laws requiring emissions equipment on personal vehicles and never have, as far as I know. 

I would love to see Stellantis bring over some weird Euro stuff, but I assume that from the beginning, their products were not designed to meet US safety standards.

yeah i think the other automakers were hoping that Hybrid stage would be so short that they could just skip the expense of engineering them. i don’t know what some people really expected or hoped Toyota would do, their brand isn’t new tech it’s durable tech.

I had to google it to find out what these actually look like. It’s a good looking and neat little car. Obviously it needs a lot of work and $4k isn’t super cheap, but I think it’s complete enough to be worth the price, especially with a repairable AC unit in it.
