In the desert the temperature drops a lot more and a lot faster at night than in the southeast where it is humid.

I read this as the survey was only given to bluehairs that pay for onstar.

that’s not a subscription, that’s financing.

I don’t even see Evoras anymore in L.A. unless I go out to the Crest on a weekend. I tried to look at dealer inventory for any Lotus at all and the nearest one on a lot is in Florida, it looks like that dealership has 3 cars. 576 cars sold last year. That’s rough.

I feel sorry for Lotus. The reviews for their sellout CUV aren’t great. The brutal weight penalty for EVs just isn’t compatible with the Lotus ethos. Seems like it would take every single bit of Lotus magic and experience just to get an EV to handle like an ICE, and that’s not enough to generate sales. If I could

Your ideas are intriguing to me and I would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

i was super into it when it was announced, for the same reason. i liked the idea of a kind of CUV DeLorean. but it doesn’t look cool to me anymore. it’s aged like a tribal tattoo.

you don’t know what you’re talking about. i take about 120 flights a year, counting connections. it’s not a major unless. flights have until 15 minutes after the departure time just to pull away from the gate before the FAA considers it delayed. you obviously don’t fly much.

Incorrect. They hold flights all the time. They just won’t make the next flight late to do it. There is extra time built into every scheduled flight, and it’s almost always possible to make up time in the air by flying a little faster. I see it all the time, and lately I’ve been the guy the plane was waiting for.

Yes, they hold flights all the time. They know when someone is connecting and their incoming flight is late. Unless they have already closed the doors on your next leg, they will give you a reasonable amount of time to get off of the plane and on to the next one. They will give up on you eventually, so don’t dawdle.

traditionally, rear wheel drive pickups are the worst, awd or 4x4 are squirrelly but not nearly as bad. modern ones with traction and stability control would be fine.

this. there are far fewer rodents at airport parking lots but i think a better solution would be to find a company that stores vehicles. cheaper than airport parking.

the impreza hatch is damn close, but you’re right.

i like/need to drop the rear seats to make more cargo space and i never have 2 or more passengers, so i like the smaller 4 doors since nobody sells shooting brakes.

if it has the luxury package, does the adaptive cruise work well or is it crap? does it work all the way to a stop, or does it drop out at low speed?

someone should tell this tubby hack that the doctors he’s afraid to visit have been using the acronym STI for Sexually Transmitted Infection for years and years.

serious deals on not ever buying anything like a caveman.

I really like the little CUVs that Buick has been putting out, but 136hp is only going to cut it for old people, and they won’t be able to see over that ridiculous dashboard display.

yeah like the service signs and other decorations people just have in their garage.

Maybe a NP if it was a 610 Wagon, but it’s not so ND.
