hell no. those rear bumpers are cool tho.

and also, they’re kind of done with it. a lot of people are into restoring cars but not so much into driving them after. the kind of people that build stuff with their legos but build something else instead of playing with it.

i imagine lungeing in a limousine looks an awful lot like leaning over to fart and throw a cheeseburger wrapper out the window at the same time.

stop crying.

it really doesn’t matter i’ve seen them on the street and they look terrible.

if the touch panels are like the ones that replaced nearly all of the buttons in the mk8 gti, no thank you. they are awful.

Right? Grandma’s Lipstick is the worst color on these.

they didn’t ask me. i want to be able to sleep while my car takes me places.

yeah but how does the ground clearance compare to the Alltrack?

it’s a shame that Kona N can’t be had with adaptive cruise.

if it was in running condition and the clown wig was included, i might pay $3k and then rent it to tourists as a joke.

orrrrrrr, send an engine up from Mexicali?

i believe here in CA you can swap in an engine that’s the same gen OR newer. it just can’t be an older gen.

ND, but I see a lot of low-balling in the comments. I bet it wouldn’t take very long at all to get $16k for it.

yah it seems like if an AWD Integra is even possible then an AWD Civic would be too. and if an AWD Civic was possible I’d think it would be an option on the Type R at least. So working backwards from the FWD Civic Type R I would think an AWD Integra just isn’t possible because of the platform.

and the ones that do care don’t want there to have ever been a FWD version of the model they are buying.

I sure love that Toyota Sera. I had never heard of them. But if I read wikipedia right registering them in CA is really difficult. And they didn’t have 3 point seatbelts? Sheesh.

Maybe they can get a tip from Huggy Bear. I heard he knows some people that know some people that robbed some people.

that’s a good point about weight and aero. i wouldn’t call their original roadster a supercar, but i think it was pretty close. maybe down the road if growth stalls for Tesla and they get some breathing room and if EV racing becomes a big thing they will circle back around to making something that seems supercar-ish.

I think you’re right about Musk being more of a liability now. He’s a startup kind of guy and a company that’s making money isn’t really a startup. Tesla now needs someone that can run a traditional business well. Or it’s close enough to that point for Musk to either chill out or step aside.
