some? rob.

you didn’t mean it as a compliment, but that’s out of your hands now.

wrong. it’s telling the truth. lying and saying they don’t care about animals instead of calling them out for being classist and racist isn’t any better.

yep. that’s where the psycho part comes in. call them psychos or abusers. don’t lie and say they don’t care about animals.

bullshit. they euthanize because nobody else will do it. they take animals that aren’t suitable as pets and put them down so that the shelters can say they are “no kill.” where do you think those dogs that can’t be pets go?

this is unfair. they care about animals. they are a pack of psychos, but they care about animals.

i can totally see it being both. i mean if i had money to launder, it might as well be through things that i think are beautiful.

i suspect that the TDOT sticker is still there because the owner(s) weren’t willing to risk making the crack longer by trying to remove it. i don’t blame them one bit. also, if you move to CA you wait as long as you possibly can to register your car here. like, until you get tickets. my registration is 7x what it cost

to me they look like toyotas with much nicer front ends.

you seem like a guy that’s unaware that there are almost no new cars to buy and the ones that do exist have been market adjusted to much more than msrp.

if you haven’t been paying more for bacon, it’s because you don’t buy bacon.

this is not like the expensive college thing at all. nobody is going to think a mitsubishi is suddenly a great car because a dealership in pennsylvania is asking a lot more money for it. these prices are entirely a function of inflation and reduced supply and covid psychosis. but i do suspect that the dealership

maybe people have been watching too many zombie movies and live-broadcast insurrections and are buying apocalypse vehicles instead of bomb shelters.

the author’s point was that this thing started out relatively humble when it was stock and the value is in the customization. cobras and gt40s were not humble and more often than not lose value when they are customized.

it’s called The Set Up. the last half of the third sentence was The Twist.

god damn did you stop reading the article halfway through the third sentence? the article used dismissive language as a setup before launching into what makes it much more than an old ford product.

on top of what you said, I imagine that Tesla can afford to hire as many lawyers as it takes to stall and defeat a liability case. i can’t imagine that the family of a Honda Civic driver can afford to take on Tesla.

they are schrodinger’s food and blankets.

oh no lol. you really shouldn’t project your idiocy and anger onto other people. you can keep talking about irrelevant things that never happen to try to twist your mistakes into some kind of fantasy win if it makes you feel better. you know the 46 dollar guy is never the one that gets the free coffee. i know the 46

the guy with the 46 dollar order doesn’t get their order paid for. every single one of these pay it forwards since the beginning of time died right before a big order. you know god damned well the 46 dollar order guy isn’t getting his shit for free because nobody pays for the 46 dollar guy. you know you’re fucking
