Does the fan base even care about the number of gears on the transmission?

Didn’t he use a GM 4T60 transmission during drag racing days? Nothing strange about doing this with “imports”. Those old American designs were quite overbuilt.
I have no reason. It’s a joke.
I’m saying that the older system was MUCH more stable and system was responding correctly. Just because the interest was high doesn’t mean it was bad.
That’s on top of the $3,000 mortgage and $900 HOA/Mell Roos.
MD plates. Hmm...
I know. I’m just stirring the pot. Everyone got into a tizzy over these minuscule differences. Meanwhile real inflation is likely to be ~6% and no one bothers to think what’s really going on. And I get called an jerk for calling that out.
German car I know, but I want a British nanny. Nothing like a stern lecture.
Scrambling around to go from a 1% account to a 2% account is completely pointless for the vast majority of people. It’s a feel good measure. Understanding the structural failure of our financial system and then planning your life accordingly is valuable. If it makes me look like a jagoff, then I can live with that.
Go GM or go home. None of this ZF nonsense.
So what’s the minimum deposit you have to keep? $4,000,000?
15% on a < $100k house is still a better scenario tham 4.5% on a $1.5mil house. Plus it was a MUCH stronger economy where savings rates were high, rent was cheap, and home construction kept up with demand countrywide.
The automatic?
Educate yourself and those around you. Life isn’t always fair.
Depends. I bought my house during the last crisis so it keeps my costs in check.
Damn it!
I’m giggling at all the angry 2%, you’re not looking hard enough, that’s just for normal savings accounts statements.
Zoom out a little and look at the big picture of why we are in this situation.
Assuming the person keeps a car, at least that keeps in tact the concept of ownership. Unfortunately, the real scenario is that people treat long term loans like a lease and trade in before they done. Only going underwater further and further.
HELOCs do that crap. That’s the only reason I went through the pain of switching banks.
