I really love this direction. Very refreshing in the face of fully customisable avatars which are present now in a huge chunk of big titles, and virtually all survival-sandbox games.

That line alone makes me want to support what these guys are doing. I am really interested in the idea that you are assigned a character to play online, not given the choice.

My take is you can customize both characters, the husband and the wife. Whichever one you end with, stepping foreword and such, is the one you play. So in the end, both characters are important.
