To take the anti-slip idea a step further, you could give it Suguru corner feet that will prevent it from slipping and also raise it off the surface to keep cool at the same time.
My first DIY project was created in 4th grade. Through a series of thumbtacks, string, tape and keyrings, I rigged up a set of string pulleys to turn on/off my bedroom light from my bed (my bed was situated against the same wall as my light switch).
Good advice! Having to get up to go to the restroom anyway is a good reminder to get up and move about. And yes, also, hydration! Better for your digestion and to keep fit.
Does anyone have any advice on how to make $987 bazillion dollars by just sitting on my bum at home with a ubuntu netbook while babysitting the neighbor's kids and eating Cheetos? Because that's why I'm here today. I sure wish someone could shed some light on the subject. Also, maraschino cherries.

If your destination is here in the US and is a decent sized city, you can take the duffel bag advice one more step... If you don't already own one, stop by a TJ Maxx to get decent quality luggage for a good price. Or @AcetyleneCrown had a good suggestion too, which is to ship your stuff back. But instead of UPS, USPS…

Hi Adam,
My kids love it when I make scrambled eggs on Saturday mornings. I scramble the raw eggs in a big glass measuring cup with about 1 teaspoon of milk per egg and a dash of salt. Then cook them normally in a skillet. The milk makes the eggs fluffy but doesn't take away flavor or color. Also, don't overcook them....…
No one knows what it means, but it's provocative...
I happened to think about the "pink slime" labeling the other day. My answer to that: "Well what color did you think it was going to be before it was cooked? Haven't you ever seen raw poultry before? Guess what color raw flesh is!" ... and, "Well, what texture did you expect it to be before cooking? Would it make…
Jailbreaking to run cydia is one thing, but "unlocking" an iPhone to work on T-Mobile is a different/extra-step-after-jailbreaking thing. Whether or not you can unlock the iPhone to run on a different network depends on a lot of factors. You can use this choose-your-own-idevice chart to see if you can do it…
You win this one. i'll get you next time, gadget!
I tried your life hack but I spent too much time on step 2 and ended up with little cubes of potaters. You should go into more detail for these steps. Your writing is atrocious. I can't believe it; you're such a fanboy. And bad gammar and speeling!

I have a company-issued Dell keyboard without any hotkeys. But thanks to LifeHacker autohotkey tutorials, I made an Autohotkey script to change the PrintScreen, ScrollLock, Pause key trio keys into controls for my Foobar2000. I then printed out little icons for Next, Play/Pause and Mute and glued them to the front…
nice tip!
