He spiced things up a bit in 2001 with the brown trail shoes.

Slate linked to that Oatmeal comic on the first sentence of the 5th paragraph in the article.

Don't lie; that key broke on its own and you're just using the "I meant to do that" line . :) Anyway, I know exactly what you're talking about. My dad had a 1970-something Impala that didn't even need the key in the ignition and the "knuckles" could twist to start the ignition.

We tried Redbox a few times, but the 3 times I went there, I was 3rd or 4th in line with someone up front browsing through the entire library deciding on what to rent. If they could make the machine handle more customers / different types of customers, I think we might have stayed. Maybe browse-only screen, a

Nice! You still have a Blockbuster nearby, which means you'll have an easy time doing in-store exchanges.

Hi Robin, you're right about it being the same price, but moving to Blockbuster, you get earlier release movies and, like you said, the option to exchange in-store. To make it even better, you can also rent video games and blu-ray through Blockbuster's mailer program for the same price. That's something that Netflix

...let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name... !!

Well, then, Mister Smarty Pants Scientists, answer me this: How is Kobayashi still alive? I rest my case. TADA!

Voted for iPad. I had it before I was hooked on Amazon and Kindle books. A friend lent me a real book (like, actually printed on paper) and it was then that I realized that reading books on the iPad in the dark is a lot easier since it's backlit.

wow, nice tip! Much better than cable covers or conduits.

They sell these oversized, padded carabiners at Babies "R" Us called the Mommy Hook which is just as useful. They can hook onto your stroller or double as a multi-shopping-bag tote. Except not as manly, obviously.

I didn't get why the last slide was repeated. Until I looked more closely! Thanks for that :)
