5-10lb cycles are no problem, but being obese, as a large and growing number of our population is, is definitely a problem. Weight and health aren't the same, but there are clear correlations between excess weight and certain conditions, and the causal mechanisms are well understood.

I hate to spoil, but they cast someone who SPECIALIZES in dying halfway through.

I love the strong eyebrows but really wish they'd cleaned them up over the bridge of her nose. It's not just a pulling attention generally, but it's also at such strong odds with the hyper-controlled aesthetic of everything else in the movie.
