While I agree with you that superheroine outfits (and poses, and presentation in general) are pretty stupid and oversexualized in comics, this isn't comics. These are explicitly fashion sketches. There's syntax and convention in that world ,too- and everybody is skinny and saucy. The "look" may be "shy awkward
