He’s angling for money, but not to shut up and go away. This is peak white dude entitlement - SHE doesn’t get to set the terms of their relationship, HE does, and if HE wants contact with her and to be part of her family, then HE gets it whether she likes it or not. Her wishes and feelings are unimportant.

He’s angling for a pay out or a pension from Meghan and Harry, or the Monarchy itself, for him to just shut up and go away. That is what it is.
