I hope he’s got a mortgage that he won’t be able to keep up with while in jail. No way he’s keeping his job, either.

I’d like to think that between legal fees and having a different long term housing commitment, this asshole will no longer be their neighbor. I might have had misgivings about the possibility there are other members of that household, but if they let the behavior pass, they can get to stepping too.

Hate to be that guy, but since this about anti-trust law and not labor rights, this is a victory for schools with money and savvy team managers, not for the majority of student athletes. Not that I think the NCAA should have won or is in anyway trying to protect athletes themselves, but just as in college sports

I think that’s just the wraithification process that inevitably sets in for all conservatives after they mortgage their soul for beans.

Money and headpats. Limited, fleeting fame.

I don’t recall the details but if I remember correctly she started as a somewhat left-wing blogger but quickly realized that a young, attractive (opinions vary but I’m not going to criticize her appearance, some people think she’s hot) Black woman willing to regurgitate conservative talking points would get a lot more

Well I’m happy to say that here in Tulsa the school district created a curriculum specifically on the Tulsa Race Massacre, which my youngest sister helped produced, and despite the law the governor put in place banning CRT being taught in any class (including college) the Tulsa Public School District threw up the

Really sucks for these two students, especially how it was handled, but outside people that peak in high school, it really shouldn’t matter.

You are full of shit.

You punish people after they are convinced, not before, at least in America

Wow. I remember the good old days when kids played unsupervised all the time. However, I don’t recall being shot at. I guess times have changed.

You keep that person in lockup until trial. To protect the public. People don’t ‘deserve’ to be released on bond. The nature of the crime determines whether
