“The skin tone black is an adjective.”
Close...I explained my take of grammar, but I have a high tolerance for people who disagree with me. It’s my one redeeming characteristic.
“White has never been about what people [are], it’s been about what they aren’t.”
“The California state legislature is moving toward approving legislation this month that would place on the November ballot a referendum to repeal a ban on affirmative action for racial minorities in hiring and higher education admissions that the state’s voters backed in 1996.”
“At The Root, we’ve had a long-standing debate over capitalizing the “B” in black. Some of us are adamantly for it, while others (myself included) are grammar freaks who think that if we capitalize “black” we would also have to capitalize “white,” and I, personally, have no interest in that as it would continue to…
You’re right!!!
“Turns out that Trump’s niece, Mary Trump, is part of the resistance, or she just happens to hate her uncle just as much as the rest of America, but either way she’s set to release a tell-all book that is expected to blow the barn doors off the White (Supremacy) House.”
Well, at least there was once a good cop.
That would be a most excellent poke-in-the-eye less than a week after Trump tried to strip the right to medical care from my friends.
Does anybody know if this has any bearing on Trump’s attack on medical care for our trans brothers and sisters?
The veil isn’t around Trump, it’s in their own brains. Until they suffer physical pain at Trumps hands, they’re never going to see his evil because they’d have to face their own,
“I’m always taken back at just how much hatred White people have for Black people and how that must affect their day to day lives.”
So, just how dangerous is being a cop? I went to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and explored the most recent data I could find. I invite you to check my work.
That was epic, bold, audacious. Forget the “Marvel Universe” and show your sons and daughters what a hero does.
I’ve been out with the protesters...I’ve been one of the protesters. We were laughing and singing and shouting and dancing, until a cop got close. Then everybody got angry and everybody started recording. White people tried to move between the cops and the Black protesters, but they weren’t having it; they had things…
There is some much out there, so many Black people trying to do the teaching that asking is insulting. Start with the 1619 Project or the 1619 podcast.
...“agitators who misconstrue the fundamental principles” of the movement and could use them to “amplify divisiveness.”
