I believe Ofglen née Emily would be more appropriate (née meaning "born").

My impression (though I could be wrong) is that Maggie Lennox was named FOR Maggie Wells…I thought that was implied by the sort of shocked/pleased way Mrs. Wells reacted from hearing the name (and was reinforced by the fact that Ms. Wells was clearly a known figure in the household). I might be reading too much into
