Back when i worked for a Ford dealership, I loved getting the Transits Connects in. They are a blast to drive. They were built on the old Gen 2 Focus platform so they had great handling and were peppy and fun. Slow car fast and all that.

Thanks. Kia/Hyundai brakes have always been a meh, so no surprises there. Mine were not an issue right away, but I think the long on windy roads with more braking than usual were definitely an issue.

I traded my off warranty MKVII VW GTI for an AWD Stinger. Happy with my choice still after 15k miles. I ended up doing a 12 hour beer run for my birthday and i was comfy the whole time with plenty of room in the trunk for ice chests full of tasty beverages.
