Its easy to stock up on items when their are 3 pokestops on top of each other. Not to mention they typically have lures on them too. So you stop for just a second to stock up on items and 4-6 pokemon spawn immediately. Guess you have to catch them....now the pokestops are about to refresh..rinse and repeat.
