Hills play a part too. Almost no one can maintain their speed up and down a hill. You’ll see people slow to 10 under going up a hill and then 10 over going down. It’s ridiculous.

Talking about the substance of the issue is pointless. People on both sides have extremely strong convictions. No one is going to read an article or a comment and change their position on the issue. It just occurred to me the other week what a great car my wife’s Mazda CX-5 is. It’s reliable, it fits an astonishing amount of stuff as well as very large items, it’s comfortable to drive, etc. It’s just an all around Very Good Vehicle.
