They can’t really remove plain text without breaking things, and that’s all that it is for me; bolded text that says, “Buy Steam Gift Card :”. Adblocker got rid of whatever came after, so as far as I can tell it was typed into the article itself deliberately.

He literally said it days from launch. It was ALREADY blowing up, had already blown up, and was establishing itself comfortably in the top 3 in global sales at the time and top ten lifetime sales. I know you want to be right, but a quick Google search would have pointed that out in seconds. Don’t argue if you can’t be

Unrelated, but what's with all this "Buy Steam gift card" shit?

Buddy, Swen already stated in an interview that they'd be taking a long break and then their next project would be D:OS3. Feel free to look it up.

Whoever ultimately loses, I win.

Hard to spoil it when the evidence is right in the main promotional artwork of the game and has been the splash screen of the Early Access game since basically day one. XD

...or you could get an HP 2TB SSD in the same format with slightly lower real world speeds for $69 that doesn’t depend on having everything else in your system be from the last six months or so in order to reach them.

We already know Larian’s next project is likely to be D:OS3. The question posed to and answered by Larian was if there was going to be an expansion, which they don’t want to do because trying to work around higher level characters in a continuation would be daunting due to how ridiculous the power curve gets. I

If by “they” you mean a company other than Larian, yes.

Screw expansions, just give us new modules to play instead. Having campaign modules for different places from across the D&D realms (Waterdeep, Neverwinter, Planescape, Icewind Dale) would be fantastic and then you wouldn’t need to worry about figuring out how to link them to the main story.

Spoken like someone who’s never served hundreds of burgers a day, if not thousands.

Feel free to link one that proves it if you’re that desperate.

You sure seem fixated on making it specifically about "her design" despite my having clarified otherwise.

Not by itself, but taken with everything else that’s almost directly copied over? It definitely could pass muster. See also McDonaldland vs. H.R. Puffinstuff, and you can’t tell me McDonalds lost because a pair of writers were heavy-handed and lacked the resources to fight.

Because it’s clear that they were blatant copies. The girl character following you around has pretty much the exact same design from TLoU1.

Late reply, but it isn’t that gamers don’t want to engage for 200+ hours with the same game anymore (FFXIV, Baldur’s Gate 3, and Monster Hunter beg to differ), but rather that they’re tired of spending 200+ hours per game on the same game with a different coat of paint, year after year. If a game is good and novel and

Wow. Just... wow.

Really?

Predatory lawsuit designed to make the corporation settle to avoid bad PR. These plaintiffs actually sued Subway twice, altering their lawsuit when the company smacked down the first one and refused to submit the lab company’s name or detailed test results to the court. I'm no fan of Subway, but these were clearly

I think it’s less that, and more that it was never really influencing them to begin with. Rather, just like most human beings they preferred to consume media and news that already agreed with them and Facebook provided a place they could centralize and create echo chambers.
