Every time I visit CO, the sheer number of cookie-cutter houses selling for north of $400k just outside of Denver astounds me. Don’t get me wrong, I love it in the mountains, and I know the job market is pretty solid, but those huge, identical subdivisions just doesn’t interest me.
Those are probably the exCalifornians sold their condos at $800,000 which they bought for $200,000.
