I don’t know how accurate that data is, I know of a bridge in my area that’s got approximately a 0% on the structural deficiency scale but it wasn’t on the map. Okay, so it got washed out in some major storms a few years ago and isn’t so much a bridge any more as an unsafe gap in the road, but it wasn’t on the map.
