"So long, stink town!"
"So long, stink town!"
True, didn't think of that. Turturro was great too so not surprised they both got noms.
I recently binged that and you're right, he's amazing. Hoping he lands the Emmy.
Mark's death was much more subdued than S's but I think equally sad. Hearing his sweet, hopeful plans for his life with Gracie was heartbreaking.
Yeah it seemed pretty deliberately cruel to me, especially with him leaving right afterward.
But he hadn't actually had sex with the daughter. I will agree that the idea of anyone choosing him over sexy Keanu doc is pretty ridiculous though. And yeah, good call on the no condoms thing, it's gross especially because he was such a manwhore. Wrap it up, old people!
Have you ever seen Letterkenny? I discovered it though clips on Youtube, it's hilarious and weird and very Canadian.
I wish they had asked a follow-up question about that.
I laughed really hard at those slams too. I'm not a New Yorker but I've attended book expos at the Javits many times for work and bitching about the place is a common theme. Being stuck there all day for several days in a row working a booth is a special kind of hell.
Adding to the chorus saying this fucking sucks. The show definitely has flaws but it's still one of the most ambitious, joyful, and ridiculous shows out there. I hope they at least give us a movie or xmas special to wrap it up.
NO, The Rhyming Becktionary!
That would be amazing. Also, the FBI branded wine was hilarious
Ohhh that's who that is! I agree with Dev's dad that he is very attractive though. Maybe he should become a model, he wouldn't have to read any lines and there would finally be a famous Indian male model out there!
Yeah, total disrespectful dick move. And hadn't he just been at a bbq fest all day? How was he possibly still hungry for pork anyways?
What about the dude from Prison Break, Wentworth Miller? Is he considered an action star?
Jughead is definitely the MVP of this show. And Skeet was perfectly cast as his father, love their scenes together. Hopefully we get more of that in season 2 and F.P. isn't just sent away to the slammer.
That "you're even more beautiful when you're mad" comment made me grind my teeth. I'm sure every woman watching that scene had angry flashbacks to being talked down to by a patronizing dick like that.
I really wish I could stay home from work today and binge it!
I had songs from Hamilton low-key playing in my mind all last year after I downloaded the album. Lines from it will still get stuck in my head sometimes, like "I am the one thing in life I can controooool" and "gotta start a new nation, gotta meet my son!" It can be oddly motivating.
Totally agreed. Wasn't there also a part about how vaccines are an evil gov conspiracy? That made me cringe so hard, there are enough lunatics out there who actually believe shit like that. It's a shame because I loved seeing Mulder and Scully together again and there was so much potential to do something awesome with…
