I used to get really bad heat rash! I have two reccomendations that worked for me. The first is just basic aloe vera gel on it every night, cools it and helps stop itching it - basically I treated it like sun burn. Also those magicool spray things that you can spray on whilst your really hot.

in fairness with epilepsy medication you have to be very careful of your dose. If you start taking it to quickly (and not increasing your dose slowly enough) or stop taking it suddenly, then bam, you can have a seizure.
