In some states it is great that they have numbers (like 411 or 611 or something) that you can call to report “bad” drivers. I did that once (the guy was driving so recklessly that he basically ran two of us off the road) and they thanked me profusely for notifying them and that they were sending someone out ASAP to go…

Yes, I get that. It’s the want-to-believe factor on my part, really. And these stories are supposed to be true (whether they actually happened or the person believes they did). I kinda wish it wasn’t a winner.
