It IS possible to find comfy heels! Trust me. I have some that I wear all day at work and out after work and I am good to go.

It’s true. I get that they are not for everyone, but I love some of my heels.

Any heel with a platform is comfortable. I also have a pair from Payless (please don’t tell anyone I said that) with a comfort pad built in. I am telling you, they are comfortable.

Some heels, believe it or not, are comfortable to wear.

I don’t think she is saying that children shouldn’t be taught self-defense in general, but to teach children to disarm someone with a gun is different than fending off a rapist. Most parents would not want their children to run at a gunman to disarm him or her.
